Yes, without restriction. The check costs nothing, requires no registration and commits you to nothing. The written assessment afterwards is free as well. We do this because a conversation goes better when both sides know what it is about. Some of these conversations lead to a project. Some do not.
As long as you send nothing, your answers stay in your browser and are not transmitted anywhere. If you send a request, we receive your name, email address, business and — if you leave the box ticked — your ten answers. We use these details solely for our reply. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties, deletion on informal request.
The questionnaire takes about three minutes; there are ten questions with preset answers, you do not have to write anything. The overview appears immediately. If you then ask for an assessment, we usually reply within one business day.
No. A phone number is optional — if you do not give one, we cannot call you at all. If you do give one, we use it once to reply to this request and not again afterwards. There are no follow-up calls, no campaign and no sales team that picks up your number again later.
No, explicitly not. There is no score and no comparison with other businesses. You get a description of your starting position in four areas and, derived from it, an overview of what would make sense. A business where little runs digitally yet is not a bad business — it simply has more options ahead of it.
It is a proposal, and yes, we would be glad to deliver it. That is why the overview has a section that explicitly says what you do not need, and marks what can wait. The price ranges come from the same price list that is public on our “Services and prices” page — we do not calculate anything differently here.
