History
Built in live service, not on a whiteboard.
GastroFlow grew in the software studio from live hospitality — menu, QR table ordering and kitchen in restaurant daily life. The studio is in Vienna; practice stays the benchmark, not a whiteboard.
We do not build a toolstack for presentations, but systems that hold at peak: modular, license-secured, with a clear REST surface for integrations.

GastroFlow
Hospitality software
Digital menu, QR table ordering, kitchen ticket, reservations, guests, analytics, Connect. GastroFlow runs service — it is not a cash register.
NeoPOS
Own POS cash system
NeoPOS is Fenix Web’s cash system, not a third party. Orders from GastroFlow can be handed to NeoPOS; the till stays its own product.
For cash registers in Austria, RKSV applies: tamper-proof data capture and receipt signing. That is the legal frame — not a quality seal and not German TSE.
Tech
- REST API neoweb/v1 Clear interface for integrations without giving up control of domain and data.
- Ed25519 licenses fenix-license-control signs modules bound to the domain — for GastroFlow and NeoPOS. Tamper-resistant, with offline grace.
- Accessibility WCAG as a benchmark for the public presence — not an audit badge and no conformity claim.
People
A software studio — no invented faces.
The imprint and public pages name no executive leadership and no verified personal photos. So there are no names, initial avatars or stock portraits here.
