GastroFlow is catering software from Fenix Web : menu, QR order, kitchen, reservation, guest advice, key figures and connections. Seven modules, same data, one operation. It is not a website lump sum and a cash register.

No. GastroFlow is operating software. The cash register of Fenix Web is called NeoPOS and is a separate product. The Austrian RKSV applies to cash registers — tamper-proof data collection and signature of documents — not to GastroFlow . Orders can be handed over to NeoPOS ; the checkout remains separate.

Yes. GastroFlow is not a checkout and not a mandatory replacement for your website. Menu, QR and kitchen can run alongside the existing cash register and the existing page. We clarify connections in conversation – without invented automatism.

No. Website and digital entry (from 2.900 EUR, support from 199 EUR / month) and digital operation (from 6.900 EUR, support from 299 EUR / month) are project services — implementation and support, not the software license. The license runs separately from it.

Bistro 129 € / month instead of 199 € for 3 months, after that 199 € (digital menu, QR table order, one location, email support). Restaurant 189 € / month instead of 299 € for 3 months, then 299 € (additional reservation, kitchen voucher and live desk, up to three locations, priority support). Enterprise individual (analytics, unlimited locations, individual theme, SLA and onboarding). Monthly cancellable.

No. Fenix requires 0% platform commission — unlike market-leading delivery portals, which retain 15-30% of your margin. Cash payments are 100% free of charge. For card payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card) only bank transaction fees of the payment provider (2-3.5%), without any surcharge from Fenix. For security reasons, digital payouts are unlocked verified after one month.

Yes. The published fares Bistro and Restaurant are cancellable monthly, with no minimum term in the prices mentioned. Enterprise follows the agreement.

The license is cancellable monthly (bistro, restaurant). The data is in your instance. A change means: End access, take data with you – do not get stuck in a foreign portal.

Yes. Menu, reservations and company lists can be exported from your own instance. There is no guest portal that keeps the data. We clarify the specific export via the support before the termination.

Turnkey in operation in 48 hours: On day 1, we record your menu (CSV/PDF) and produce table-numbered QR displays. On day 2, we set up stations and tablets and train your team in 20 minutes – on site or remotely.

A delimited start (map, QR, desk) is often ready for testing in a few days. Full operation with reservation, training and launch depends on the house. We do not name a fixed calendar without looking at your data.

In Flow Order , create QR codes for tables. The guest opens the card in the browser – without an app, without an account – selects courts and sends the ticket to the desk. Guest and service see the same status. Included from the Bistro tariff.

Flow Kitchen shows the same order as a ticket, not as an acclaim: New → Adopted → Kitchen → Finished → Served. Bons and stations to Gang. The display runs in the browser on tablet or monitor. Flow Kitchen is in the restaurant tariff, not in the bistro tariff.

No mandatory hardware. Guests order on their own smartphone. Desk and kitchen run in the browser. Bon printers or a kitchen monitor can be connected, but are not a requirement.

No. Service and kitchen work in the browser. Menu and tables you maintain yourself. For printer, domain and initial setup, we or your existing partner will accompany you.

Each installation is for a domain. Menu, QR and reservation run at this address. If the domain changes or another location is added, the license must be adjusted – this clarifies the support.

Orders remain in an offline buffer until the connection resists. The license has a waiting period so that the evening does not fail due to a short failure. Permanently without network, GastroFlow is not a replacement for a checkout.

Menu, orders, reservations and guest advice are in your own instance, not in a foreign guest portal. Form and reservation data are processed there. The public declaration is under data protection.

Fenix web projects are responsive — layout and operation adapt to smartphone, tablet and desktop.

Yes. In the demo you order as a guest or accept tickets at the desk – without a card, without payment, without real order. Tickets remain in this browser.
